The Swedish-Swiss Chamber of Commerce, is one of the fastest growing chambers of commerce in Switzerland. Every year, they publish a 100+ page yearbook for its members.

Task
The Chamber approached us because they wanted to create a more modern look for their yearbooks — fresher colours and more engaging infographics. Through our discussions, it also became clear that the yearbook should also function as a recruitment tool for potential members.
Approach
We paid special attention to creating attention-grabbing cover designs and developed a flexible grid system for the layout, allowing versatility for each section and content type. To further separate each section, we created a concept for a series of division pages. A long-term approach was also essential for a successful result, and the colourful graphic covers are designed to complement the previous years editions.
Outcome
Bold graphic covers, dynamic and spacious layouts, unique infographics, story-telling division pages. The division pages contain illustrations and content by us related to the main theme of the year, as defined by the cover. The first year, we looked at the trade and commerce history of both countries. The second year, clean tech innovations, and last year a comparison of smart city initiatives.
Elin and Daniel took on our huge project, the 100-page yearbook for the Swedish Swiss Chamber of Commerce. They did an excellent job; great graphics, modern layout, bold colours and great design. They are extremely thorough in their work, very flexible and hard-working which left us with a very professional product. Thank you Jusélius Hausammann.
