Lungenpraxis Wohlen is a Pulmonary Clinic in Wohlen, Aargau, a referral practice specialised both in lung and sleep medicine.
Task
We were tasked with re-designing their logo and designing a new website. For the logo re-design, it was important to maintain the symbolism of trees as the lungs of the earth. The website needed to contain easily accessible essential information for new and existing patients, technical information for various medical devices, and an extensive FAQ section.
Approach
The inspiration for the brand identity was the nature of the medical field. Specifically focusing on the stages of screening, diagnosis, and treatment. To achieve this, we wanted to create a contained design, coupled with the organic shape of the tree and the lung-shaped roots.
Outcome
A brand identity illustrating both the specialisation of the clinic, and the medical field as a whole. The boxed logo design inspired the framed web design, adding further clarity to the content-rich site. The informational pages are indexed for quick access/ overview. Cross-referencing terms and questions between pages.
